Because every Custom Strums product is made to order with your specific design, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once production begins, the item is yours — so please double-check your design preview before placing your order.

🛠 Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. All products come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Your warranty covers:

Defective parts (e.g., cracks, warping)

Printing errors on our end

Adhesion/finish issues not caused by improper use

Your warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage (drops, scratches, spills, etc.)

Exposure to extreme heat beyond normal playing conditions

Modifications made after purchase
